I'm trying to get this Bookwyrm thing right. I wish I could just edit the database directly, because trying to add over 1,000 books to my library through the web interface is a pain in the butt.

@gersande@millefeuilles.cloud yeah, its darned ingrained I was surprised last year when I heard my hometown was switching the middle schoolers to tackle football, for years our school was the only one around that was doing flag football for the youths, and now I hear they are brining Pee-Wee football for the little ones. Or in other words exactly the opposite of what all the research, including what the official channels of the NFL, have been promoting the last several years.

As the Federation recovers from the devastating events of Star Trek: Destiny, Captain William Riker …

So, while this is the next one in the Titan series, I feel like I should have read the Destiny trilogy before this. Clearly some major things happened in the meantime that are only mentioned in manner-of-fact ways, including, so far in Chapter 2: Troi got pregnant, and miscarried, troi is pregnant again, The Borg attacked the UFP in a wide scale assault, many of the crew are no longer with us, Titan was forced to end her exploration to fight the borg, and probably more.
